You are invited to be part of thisexciting event taking place during this year’s Enterprise Week. This event is designed to provide people considering self-employment with the opportunity to:
· Access a range of advisory organisations that will be able to provide advice and guidance – already confirmed: Outset Plymouth, HM Revenue and Customs, Plymouth City Council, Princes Trust, Working Links, Job Centre Plus, Plymouth University and Business Information Point

Have theopportunity to meet businesses already doing it – recent start-ups and more established city businesses
The event will also include a ‘Market’ outside the Guildhall for trading generally and will provide a showcase for new businesses to promote their wares. The event will co-coincide with the Christmas Bavarian Market so we are hoping that trading will be good!
We want this to be a lively, interactive event rather than a leaflet-gathering exercise so we are encouraging businesses, training providers and advisory organisations to think about interactive activities that they can encourage people to get involved with!
We are looking to run workshops on Marketing, Tax and IT to help support existing businesses and others that will be crucial if you are still at the idea stage!
There is a nominal charge of £15 for each organisation to cover the cost of the stand hire and set up.
